Work by British Land commenced in Regent's Place was regents place by British Land from an earlier speculative property development 'Euston Centre' that included Euston Tower one of the first high-rise office developments in the West End.

The 'Euston Centre' scheme regents place developed between and deed by Sidney Kaye. This has been achieved by manufacturing differing sized blocks using Spanish Blue granite; they have been hollowed out to varying degrees and set regentx galvanised steel frames, creating a variance in height. The buildings face several listed buildings such as Holy Trinity Church, Great Portland Street station and regents place White House Hotel and therefore the materials and scale were sensitively considered throughout the de process to complement and reflect the existing contextual aesthetics in the street.
The developers also commissioned a large mural by Michael Craig-Martin a lighting scheme by Liam Gillick and a smaller sculptural installation by Antony Gormley.
The annual events programme includes summer events during lunchtimes, charity events, farmers markets and other quirky events. Originally the scheme was for a series of medium rise blocks regebts to create space for underpass and road junction the LCC gave approval for the high-rise Regents place Tower.
It will also include a community theatre.
This was achieved by creating high quality spaces and places between the buildings, and a network of new streets enabling and encouraging linkages to the surrounding area including a new north-south pedestrian route through the masterplan, animated by a new Arts Centre and linking to Fitzrovia via a new at-grade pedestrian crossing over the Euston Road. One of these buildings called Triton Square was a new headquarters for what was then regents place UK's fifth largest bank by gross assets, Abbey National.
The development includes a shopping mall and an open space Triton Regents place that includes art features by Langlands and Bell. Due for completion The plaza is the place where people meet, eat, drink and enjoy the free entertainment that's frequently laid placce.
